Fellow landlords - how much have you paid to have a water heater replaced?

How much have you paid a plumber or handyman to remove and replace a water heater? What city/metro area? What size tank (in gallons)? Gas or electric (does that affect the price?)?

Just curious what prices are like in other markets.

I have never paid a plumber or handyman for this. I replaced one in January and it costs me ~$257 & <2hrs. This is using a 10% off Lowes coupon at Home Depot & a Home Depot gift card purchased from Cardpool at 10% off.
