Tenant complain about mold

Tenant complain that there might be mold. So, he ordered mold inspection directly without my approval. Now, he wants me to reimburse the inspection cost saying that there is mold.

To me, mold can easily be found with humidity >50%. I am more pissed with the fact that tenant can just order inspection as he please and wants to charge me?? instead of I am the one request the inspection. The inspection that he ordered cost ~$550.

What should I do?
