Looking for examples of tenant criteria and screening reqs

Hello! Newbie here preparing to move and rent out our current SFH in the DMV suburbs. I've seen a lot of posts on here discussing what their criteria and screening process is but not necessarily how they communicate it in their listings. Could anyone share examples of how you phrase your tenant criteria and application/screening process in your listings? I want to keep it clear and concise. Thanks!

@Catherine Jacoby, one way is to specify credit and income requirements as someone here points. But remember if you have a criteria it must apply to all applicants before you. Look through MLS listing and you will see how different agent do this. The background check is equally important. One suggestion; pick up the phone and call the previous landlord/lady.
