Landlord vs. Tenant Expenses
Can I charge the tenant for the cost of a clogged toliet even if it's stated in the lease? I have heard that's one of the issues Landlords are NOT responsible for.
Thank you for any advice!!

Did Tenant cause the clog or was it tree roots?
What does your lease say?
Normally tenant caused clogs are paid for by tenant.
