Do any property managers out there employ (sub contract) assistants to manage the overflow of their responsibilities

Recommendations for property maintenance and general contractors in the central Ohio area?

Besides traditional banks, credit unions etc., does anyone have any recommendations?  What about feedback from Viking Equipment Finance or Commerical Credit Group?

Thank you. Yes, we are in the process construction. It's 21 acres corner parcel with lots of road frontage. I do have a few contacts that will go up to 90% LTV

Looking to recoup funds from a cash purchase of land.

Are there PM companies that offer part services, for example: property maintenance, seasonal maintenance, tenant move in and move outs.

Looking for an online portal for tax preparation. I don't want to mention names, but I'm not impressed with our current company.
