Property Management Question
I manage my one and only property. It's an ADU, so it's pretty easy. My friend is planning on moving out of state and want me to manage his property also. The question is if this is legal, or do I have to be a real estate agent to manage another property in Washington State?

Yes, you definitely need a real estate license Almost even more so if they are a friend. Classes are $300-800 depending on what online course you choose(I did CE Shop but a lot of others did Rockwell). The license renewals are a bit expensive but I don’t think you need to pay for things like mls access or supra access.
