I heard Certain Lending but I dont know to what extent. Do you have other rental properties that you could potentially do a portfolio loan?

Buy a house with as little money down as possible. Use funds to rehab the property and cash out refinance. Use leftover money + hard money to build ADU/DADU. Finance DADU. Payoff hard money lenders.
