I am looking at purchasing some rental properties in Indianapolis and I am curious if anyone has any recommendations on the following:

* Specific locations in and around Indianapolis

* Good contacts for finding multi family deals

* Any good contacts for property management companies

* Any feedback on a company named Ethosity

I appreciate any info provided
