To hire an accountant or cpa
Hello,
I have 10+ buy and hold properties and I’m trying to decide should I hire an Accountant or a CPA? I’m to meet with an accountant tomorrow. For the most part my portfolio is nothing but rentals but I’m growing and would like to getting into bigger deals. Any help is appreciated, thanks and Happy Easter!

In my opinion you will still need a CPA even if you have an accountant. 10-20 doors does not have to be a lot of work and when you get into many more doors you can always revisit the situation then. Just my thoughts.
