High taxes with 1099 income

Tony Capra
Posted

Hi everyone, I am paying big taxes (my opinion) with my 1099 income. The CPA really has no good advice besides home office deductions and IRA contributions. There has to be a better way. To all of my smart friends, how do you reduce your 1099 taxes? Thanks for your time!

Buy and self manage a short-term rental.

Spend some of your money on a better tax strategist. That fee is a write-off. win win.
