Looking for lender for 1st time investor in Indianapolis area

Hi all! 

I'm looking for a referral for a great lender in the Indianapolis area.  I am hoping to buy single family properties or small multi-families (4 units or less) and have about $30,000 available to put down (I have additional for renovations). 

Which lenders in the Indy area would you recommend?

We have used Shawn Huss at Chemical Bank on two loans so far.  I also refer him to a lot of my clients.  He gets things done quickly and is very responsive.
