@Todd Powell tenant had to be evicted. Moved out February 17. The courts were fair considering the situation. We missed 5 months rent total. 

@Yusef Griffin congratulations on your first deal.

@Michaela G. Our attorney is following through. Her family is claiming they want to fight for her apartment...... and we shouldn’t be allowed to evict her. We have been advised not to speak with them and we are following that advise. This is going to be a mess.

We are scheduled for court on Oct 31. Our tenant attempted suicide and is currently in the hospital. Has anyone been in this situation and can share their results.

Started the eviction process for the first time. In reference to lost rent due to tenant not paying how is the handle when we file taxes. I live in the house as well. It’s a two family.
