Hard Money/Private Lenders in Mississippi

I live in TX but I am from MS and I recently have bought 2 rental properties through conventional financing but I want to use a private lender or hard money to do my next deal.  Does anyone know of a good hard money/private money lender in Mississippi?

@Bryan Knight  gentlemen  I humbly submit I am the largest Hard money lender in the state of Mississippi and have been for years.... you need to deal with those that know the state.

out of area lenders will not understand the markets and can be a big time suck.

I work Hinds Madison Rankin... I like vickburg and Hattisburg along with the properties just south of Memphis .. and will look at stuff on the coast.

you can talk with my closing attorney in the state and they will verify my thousand plus loans done there.  And you need not fill out an application LOL  this is hard money
