Good evening BP, my name is Carlos Rodrigues. I've been studying Real Estate for over a year now and recently became a agent in NJ. I'm currently looking to invest on a multi family property in Union County NJ under $250k. Im trying to find a good deal, possibly a wholesale deal and or foreclosure, or even turn key if the numbers make scene. I'm even starting to consider a single family for under $100k and put some sweat equity into it.
