ISO JV partner

In search of a joint venture partner in the Boise Idaho or surrounding area.  My business model is fix/flip and buy/hold.  I am a new investor looking to partner up with someone that has been in the business for a while, but would consider a newbie partner in some cases.

I have been in and or around the real estate industry and mortgage lending for 20+ years and have taken several classes.  I am not totally green in the real estate arena.

If you have any interest in a partnership, please reply or PM me.

Thanks for reading and your interest

Are you looking to bring capital to the partnership, and your potential partner to bring experience and expertise?  Small real estate investing in simplified form consists of two parts (1) capital, either cash, credit or both and (2) know how, experience, knowledge, etc.  You need to have one to be able to contribute something to the partnership
