Hi Forrest,  Thanks for the reply.

Just looking at management/co-host at this time.  I am looking to find out what the biggest hurdles are that investors face as owners/ hosts?  I am doing research to be better prepared for what investors may be looking for in a manager.  Any advice or input is greatly appreciated

I’m new to Airbnb and just about to start hosting. I’m just reaching out because I’m trying to figure out what challenges hosts have and what I might want to look out for.  My primary demographic will consist primarily of property investors with Air BNB's.

In search of a joint venture partner in the Boise Idaho or surrounding area.  My business model is fix/flip and buy/hold.  I am a new investor looking to partner up with someone that has been in the business for a while, but would consider a newbie partner in some cases.

I have been in and or around the real estate industry and mortgage lending for 20+ years and have taken several classes.  I am not totally green in the real estate arena.

I am looking for information on lifting a small house (550 sq ft) to repair a foundation and possible add additional crawl space.  The house is a total gut and rehab. exterior seem to be in okay shape and has good roof.  Just trying to figure out if this will be too much of an expense.  Thanks in advance for advise and suggestions

Looking for off market multi family property in the treasure valley area. Can be 2 + single family homes on 1 lot, also could be SFR, with mother in laws quarters, or apartment. Let me know what you have.

3 years.. Inspirational!! My target is the same.  I intend to purchase my 1st property within the next 30 days.  Im trying to narrow my target area.  Have been researching Atlanta, Ga, Tallahassee, Fl, and Montgomery, Al. 

Will be targeting $30 or less purchase for fix and flip.  Any insight or advice is welcome and appreciated..
