This service will help you cut the cost of sales commission

Recently my passion has become cutting the cost of exiting the real estate deal investment. Think about it: giving away 6% as a commission at the time of sale could make even very good deal unprofitable.

So, I am in a process of starting the service connecting home sellers to vendors and agents that are willing to work on a per task/per hour basis.

It is in testing phase, but I hope there will be enough interest from home sellers to launch it. The site is Domovendo.com

Hi Jacob, It might be hard to find agents that will work on a per hour basis. The liability of being an agent in a deal is most likely not worth the effort of an hourly wage, unless the hourly wage got close to what the current commissions are. If you and other customers are able to do a portion of the deal it might work but if you select the right agent they will most likely help increase your profits on the sale and you will see how hard they work for you. I am sure we all have seen the difference in work ethic between an hourly employee or a business owner.
