Hi, I am selling a four-property income-producing portfolio and have put together a model for potential buyers. I would appreciate someone taking a look and letting me know if it makes sense. The return looks good: almost 15%, but I am wondering about assumptions like financing, interest rate, growth in expenses, and so on. https://www.dropbox.com/s/g292...

We are working with FSBO sellers and are building a network of agents to refer owners that fail to sell. There will not be a referral fee with us, but you will have to credit sellers the funds (up to your maximum) that they spent on a program.

Check out our site at www.domovendo.com to sign up (http://lk.domovendo.com/) or email me to [email protected].

Do you know that an average residential listing is sold by an agent in about 16 hours? if the price is 300K the listing commision alone is $560 per hour.

Ditch the agent and save with www.Domovendo.com, the first real-time, personalized guided program that leads you through the sale process.

Visit www.domoveno.com to apply. The spaces are limited.

@Christopher Christian In a way MBA resetting your carrier, but it move usefull for corporate path. If you are planning to work in small business of for yourself it is of somewhat limited value. The value of good MBA is 70% in the network of people you are going to school with. The value of the network is lower outside of big corporations. Sometimes the education itself is usefull, but you probably can get it for less money. I got MBA from NYU and think the it is worth it even though i am doing a real estate startup. But i am a special case since i was an immigrant and wanted to fit in.

Mike,

  1. It is 1099,
  2. the schedule is once weekly, one-hour, live webinars. The rest of the time (3 to 4 hours per week estimated) will be spent by the instructor preparing for the class and answering questions.
  3. Live classes on Zoom. It will be up to the instructor to show himself/herself live or use the slide deck. In some way, it is a question of marketing by a specific instructor.
  4. The focus is to be a "personal trainer"/guide through the process while identifying the local issues but leaving them to the local experts such as attorneys, marketers, appraisals and of course the owner. The appeal is nationwide.

I hope it makes sense.
