Any recommendations for banks/lenders/credit unions in Bakersfield (or which lend on properties in Bakersfield) that are either portfolio lenders or work with buy and hold investors?

    Check my review in the other thread. B2R / Dwell Finance is a joke. Bad Experience for me. Lost money, did not get a loan.
