Boston, Lowell, MA - Business Unsecured Line of Credit

For those that have gone through this process in the past, can someone recommend any good banker/lender that offers business unsecured line of credit?

I am not talking about institutions that only allow up to $25k.

The LLC will be the entity that takes it out the loan.

Thanks,

-Chan-

@Chan K. Unsecured line of credit?  And for a business?  And for more than $25K?  That's a mythical creature, my friend.

The best you could probably do is a non-recourse loan on a commercial property. Non-recourse means it could be in the name of an LLC. There would be no personal consequences to default. But the property would secure the loan and they would generally limit that to 60% loan to value.
