Hi guys. I am super short of homes for 2 funds we buy for. Anything NOT in war zones in Memphis and north from Millington to Olive Branch in the South. Bought 3 yesterday but have orders for over 25 homes right now.

Trashed, rehabbed, vacant or rented is fine.

Price up to around 80K.

All cash fast closing and no hassles.

Don't care whether you are an agent, bird dogger, tired landlord, just need houses!

@Derrick Craig

I just sold my portfolio in Jackson, Memphis, Bham and Atlanta I had 350 of these Ghetto dogs.. and 80% were SEction 8.. So I understand what your saying I was making 200K A month in Section 8 rent.. And just could not believe how as a country we could be solvent. When so many pay to support So many families that just suck off the government. Then you attach those to their EBT cards and all other manner of subsistence and you have a whole culture and wide swath of America that has never worked will never work and just call it their RIGHT to have the US tax payer pay their way.

Happiest day of my life was selling these homes and washing my hands of all these rentals. Now don't get me wrong many of these Ladies ( and yes 95% of them are ladies) were very sweet. But its just a culture and lifestyle.

God forbid Government subsistence would go away one day The South would be New Orleans Katrina on steroids.
