Where to advertise a commercial property that also operates on Airbnb?

I am selling my property/business. It has commercial hotel/motel zoning, but only currently accepts bookings on Airbnb right now, and operates more like an STR. In addition to the general MLS, Commercial MLS and Rabbu, can anyone recommend where else would be good a good place to advertise a property like this, that is more focused on commercial investors? Thank you!

Google commercial property and you will find sites like Loopnet for one.
