Thank you John. Yes, I just listed it on Loopnet/Costar and CREXI last week. I was just thinking there might be a more STR-centered listing space for smaller/boutique commercial properties. I appreciate the response very much.

I am selling my property/business. It has commercial hotel/motel zoning, but only currently accepts bookings on Airbnb right now, and operates more like an STR. In addition to the general MLS, Commercial MLS and Rabbu, can anyone recommend where else would be good a good place to advertise a property like this, that is more focused on commercial investors?
