 Hi Joseph, 

The good news for you is that DSCR loans don't require any income at all! All you need is a strong DSCR, good credit, and your DP, closing costs, + reserves. Cleveland is a great market. The minimum sales price for a single DSCR asset is roughly $94,600 because the minimum loan amount is 75k.
