Your recommended Hard Money Lender and Bank for a BRRRR in Memphis, TN

Jordi Valado
Posted

Hi All,

I am getting started on the BRRRR process in Memphis. I am looking to get all of my ducks in a row. Who do you recommend I use for hard money in Memphis? Additionally, do you refinance with another bank (if so, Who?) or with the same hard money lender? I am already working with Crest Core in the area, Dean and his team are great! I'm looking forward to your responses! Thank you!

@Jordi Valado We've funded countless BRRRR deals in Memphis. Happy to chat anytime. If the loan is too small to fit our box on the hard money side I've enjoyed working in tandem or referring to the team at Avalon Capital as well. I got to know them pretty well after many payoff demand requests on the DSCR takeout side and they love a broker who can help their clients exit without the need for 6 month title seasoning.
