Series LLC. Now or next year
We've decided to put our properties in LLCs. Our lawyer has advised series LLC. The question is to whether to do it this year or wait until after the first of the year. Any tax advantage of doing it this year? Or does it really matter at all when? We purchased 2 properties this year, one LTR that we BRRRed and is currently rented since August. The other is a condo that we will be doing STR after the first of the year. We put approximately put in $20000 into the LTR and will probably have $10-15k into the STR.
Appreciate any advice

No tax advantage this year, next year or ever.
Series LLC is supposed to provide a better legal liability protection, but it won't change anything tax-wise.
