“Subject to” financing

Hey BP! How does subject to financing work? I know it’s where you take over the existing financing but what is the actual process? How can I explain it to a seller? Thanks!

@Tanner Kier - Mentors are a great way to learn subject to investing. There are a lot of moving parts to understand. Find someone local who does it well and learn from them.
