Legalzoom or lawyer???
Texas seems pretty straightforward when it comes to setting up an LLC with a partner. Would you recommend doing it myself or hiring an attorney. Please give a straightforward answer- i know you're not an attorney and will not sue you for an "I would do _____" answer. How would you go about it?

I would go with the attorney for the personalized service. No two deals are alike, no two LLCs are alike.
