Cannot contact Lender to pay Mortgage

I have a house under seller financing, and if I go six months without paying my principle/interest, the lender (seller) can call the note due.

Here's the issue, I've went to her house, tried to call her (countless times), and I can't get in contact with her. I do not know if she is doing this on purpose, but I need a way to remedy this.

Funds are not an issue, I just need to be able to pay her or have a mortgage account setup, but I can't freaking get ahold of her. I have about 3 weeks left. If I don't figure something out within the next 3-4 days, I'll just call a lawyer.

Any advice?

Good example why buyers should use a loan servicer.

Mail your payment, certified mail return receipt requested, if it is not accepted on delivered your letter/check will be returned. Do not open that letter, keep it. Do not spend that money. She must make a demand for payment before calling the entire balance due, if she does contact an attorney and turn the payment letters over to them. You should have no problem.

People die, become incapacitated, leave the country and forget to make arrangements thinking the payment letters will be collected by someone collecting her mail. Don't freak out, just follow the above method if you can't reach her. :)
