Hello!

I am in the market for a custodian for a self-directed IRA for real estate investing. Any recommended companies out there? I have been given a few names: Equity Trust, Pacific Premier Bank, Midland Trust, Entrust Group, but I am not sure who to go with.

@Tiffany McKinney don't let them control your money.  Go with a self-directed account.  Reach out to @Dmitriy Fomichenko who is the expert in this field.  I have been using and recommending his services for over 10 years.
