Hello

I am in search of a real estate attorney in Houston, TX. Any recommendations?

Appreciate the advice! Thank you!

Thanks for your advice. Super new to this. We are just in the beginning stages of discussing terms and that is what they started with. I'm thinking if they can swing a balloon payment in 5 years at 8.5%, this would be a better deal. They need to keep their monthly payment just under $700 a month. I'm just trying to get started in investing and this is the first deal that has come up with an acquaintance.

Hello,

I am new to the investing world and have been listening to the podcasts. I keep hearing about the rent to retirement company so I watched their online video. It is very intriguing to me but sounds to good to be true. Is anyone using this? If so, how long have you been using it? What do you like or don't like about it? I want to schedule a consultation with them to find out more and how much it costs but thought I would get some opinions here first. Thanks for your help!

Hi Tiffany!

Compare each IRA Custodian's fee schedule and go from there, figure out how much you are willing to pay for them to service your IRA. If you would like the fee schedule for CNB Custody, please send me a message.

 Hi Kellie

Yes please send me your fee schedule. Do you also set up the LLC or do you not do that there?

The value of the property is around $130-140k, so 64-69%. Would you consider a balloon option? Open to suggestions/ideas. Thanks

I would like to lend to a BRRR couple using my SDIRA. I am new to this world. What type of questions should I be asking? We've started discussing terms. $90k at 7.5% for 22 years. Appreciate any advice!

Hello!

I am in the market for a custodian for a self-directed IRA for real estate investing. Any recommended companies out there? I have been given a few names: Equity Trust, Pacific Premier Bank, Midland Trust, Entrust Group, but I am not sure who to go with.
