Looking for a CPA for tax filing and minor book-keeping (Own 1 Airbnb)

Hi Forum mates,

I launched my first Airbnb last year and I am currently doing a cost segregation study. I am looking for a CPA who charges hourly and I need help with 2023 tax preparation (I will be qualifying for 100hrs STR rule) and some minor book keeping. I had a few interviews with Accounting firms but their pricing structure didn't make sense for someone like myself who is starting his real estate journey.

Any leads will be greatly appreciated!

Thanks,

Eugene

Replied

Hourly pricing should make even less sense.

$50/hr x 20 hours = $1,000

$200/hr x 5 hours = $1,000
