Tax Advisor Recommendations in Arkansas

Hello,

Does anyone have any tax professionals who also offer consulting advice? I'm looking for someone who knows about real estate investing and can help me get the most tax benefit from my investments.  Also, has anyone done a cost segregation study on a small property (duplex) in the area? I would love to hear about it or get any recommendations. Thanks!

@Lane Criss There are many great accountants and tax advisors who are active here in the forums

@Natalie Kolodij @Michael Plaks @Ashish Acharya @Daniel Hyman to name a few.

Cost Segs can be done on small properties, but are not always worth it depending on if you have REPS or not, among other factors.
