Hello! What’re the roles of an attorney that specializes in working with Real Estate Investors? And what questions should you ask when interviewing a potential Real Estate attorney for your team?

Hello Evan,

The Real Estate Attorney plays a crucial role on your team, as they will ensure that you are following the law on all contracts, evictions and any other actions you take. You want to ensure you stay compliant.

I would want to ask if they frequently work with other real estate investors. Do they do any investing themselves, what are their specialties, how much do they charge.

I hope that helps!
