With a short sale, will the lender of the property pay for the commission of the buyers real estate agent? I’m assuming this varies from lender to lender? Looking to connect with any lenders to learn more about the short sale process!

What’re everyone’s thoughts on borrowers with higher credit scores having to pay additional fees due to the New Federal Mortgage Fee Plan that is being put into place?? So ridiculous

@Aaron Williams does the town you bought the property in have a large amount of college students or are there any hospitals or healthcare centers local to the area? You could try pursuing renting it out to college students during the school year or use it as a medium term rental for traveling nurses/healthcare professionals.
