Starting the process to do a 1031 exchange. Selling in NC and buying in FL.

What are the starting steps? And how to find the right people to hire?

    Step 4: Start the 1031 exchagne with Dave 

    Step 5: List your property 

    Step 6: Identify 3 potential replacement properties within 45 days of sale 

    Step 7: Close on 1 or more within 180 days rolling over the full amount of gain
