I recently bought an off-market primary residence. I am rehabbing it right now and trying to learn about refinancing and possibly putting out added value post refinancing. Can this be done on a primary resident and the money still be used for other investments?

Starting my STR on Okalusaa Island, FL in a condo.

Learning how to navigate restocking supplies. Is there a way that’s worked for you or something you’ve seen that is efficient?

I have learned many people ship the supplies in bulk and communicate with the cleaners when the shipments arrive.
