Need RE attorney recommendations in Austin

A friend of mine is looking to rent room(s) in his house to traveling nurses. Austin TX area. Hoping someone can recommend an attorney who is familiar with legalities for this and set him up with a lease or any other legal paper work. Cheers

@Dmitriy P. just go to Furnished Finder.com, they also handle travelling nurses. No reason to pay an attorney, they're typically $3-500 an hour.
