Need a lender for Investment Cash out Refi in Utah
I've got a property in Utah that I've been considering selling, but That market is HOT, so if I can get a bit of cash out of it, I'd like to keep it.
I've talked to a few lenders, and it looks like a no go for heloc. can I get a third for an investment property up to 80% LTV?
Market value is 240
current First is 170 at 4.5%
current second is 6 at 6.5%
I'm open to all options that let me pull cash out up to 80%.
I think a non owner occupied refi would bump my rate up too much, but It might still make sense depending on the rate.
Can anyone recommend a lender that would do this?
Thanks,
Paul

Recently did exactly what you're talking about. In Utah as well. I work with SWBC.
