Learning 0 Money Down buys for Rentals!

Hello, my name is Harrison Hopkins, I'm 20 years old. I don't have any personal experience investing but my parents both own some rental property. I want to start to also buying rental real estate. I have bought Carlton Sheets "No Money Down Payments" and I want to start investing like that. What are your thoughts on 0 money down? how do you think I can find owners that would accept that? where should I look? Anything would help me better understand and try to make this dream a reality! Thank you for your time!

You should be saving up for a down payment as having no money in a deal can be great if you buy right and it cash flows well but if things go south and you have no reserves, you'll find yourself in trouble. Even if you can get a 0 down deal, you need reserves.
