Hello, my name is Harrison Hopkins, I'm 20 years old. I don't have any personal experience investing but my parents both own some rental property. I want to start to also buying rental real estate. I have bought Carlton Sheets "No Money Down Payments" and I want to start investing like that. What are your thoughts on 0 money down? how do you think I can find owners that would accept that? where should I look? Anything would help me better understand and try to make this dream a reality!
