Hampton Roads Virginia HML

Can someone suggest some HML (s) in Virginia (More specifically the Hampton Roads area)? I hear it may be difficult to secure a HML if you don't already have flipping experience. Has anyone local been successful using a HML on their first flip? What was your experience?

@Tiffany S.

Are you set up as an entity? That's one of the prerequisites for many HML's to lend in Virginia.

It's not hard to set up an LLC, doesn't cost much and if done right, gives you a bit of protection.

Please respond to my colleague request so we can discuss in greater detail.

Thanks

Stephanie
