Refinancing

i am a new investor and am looking to refinance my current mortgage. I currently have a 15 year mortgage on my triplex with a portfolio lender and want to refinance with a 30 yr mortgage. I plan on repeating this process with my next multifamilies. However, I am planning on buying a house for myself in the next 2 years and I am worried that I won't get a mortgage because I already have other 30 yr mortgages.Anybody has any experience with this?

It sounds like all of you are in a similar position and it's really important to under your C.I.A. (Credit, Income and Assets) because this will help you moving forward.

Please listen to my interview on the Joe Fairless Show...The link is on my profile and this will explain a couple of things in regards to DTI etc. Rules have changed since my interview so if you have additional questions please post here or PM me.

I hope this helps and have a wonderful day everyone.
