Looking for OPM
I have not owned a property for about 5 years now. I tried to find OPM but a few keep telling me I don't have enough experience. Is there a way for a person considered a newbie to find OPM without having a big down payment?

@Bini Teklehaimanot Not really, i was in that boat 4 years ago. Best bet is to (FHA) house hack at 3.5% down, JV with someone with the capital or have a rich uncle.
