     @Juan Vargas It would completely depend on what you are looking to do with the cash. If you are paying off double digit interest credit cards then it may make sense. Love to discuss with you. it might actually make sense to look at a fixed rate second lien as well. (HELOC's are only going to keep going up as they are variable rates)
