I have a new construction that has been sitting on market for some time. I'm not the only one in my area, Tyler Tx. 
Anyone else finding it hard to sell????  should i refi or just keep on market paying interest only?

How are people finding all these lots? 

Cant seem to get any good leads and MLS are way to expensive.

How do I find wholesalers?

I need recommendations on who and how to refinance a commercial building that's been remodeled and updated for new businesses. 

A friend came to me with a commercial property. She ran out of money trying to improve the property. Currently seeking advice on how to obtain the funds to finish this project. 
she already owns it and has started to fixing process. But lack of funds holding her back from finishing the project and living her dream of owning her own nail salon!

I would like to Refi my FHA loan on my primary so I can get a new home and house hack.
I would like to keep my current home and rent it out. 
How would I go about doing this? Or is it even possible. 
I have an LLC in place but no history on it.

Currently in the market for land. Having a really hard time finding land or wholesalers. How would a rookie find some decent leads and or wholesalers. Looking to new build and hold.

Hello everyone! I know this is a HUGE ask, But would anyone be available to hop on a call for some quick questions??? I'm currently trying to get into the BRRRR method but would like more direct clarity from an experience investor. I have read the books and all, but I have a lot of what ifs.

At this time would it be wise to refinance my personal home to pull cash out?
