FHA and VA under contract
Well, I dont know what to say to short it out, but I now have a property under contract with a FHA loan and a forgotten property now under contract with a VA loan, due someone else unable to close. Is this legal?? Can anyone tell me if they both will come up as double dipping?? (I didn't provide much of a back story, but the pressing issue is there) Thank you for your help.

You are required to live in the homes. You might as well come clean to the lenders.
