Rocket Mortgage for Investment Property

Looking for a Conventional lender for an Investment property. Rocket Mortgage came recommended. However their “banker” seems very inexperienced. They did a hard credit pull when asked they don’t as we were just shopping for rates. And a few other red flags. Their quoted rate was 3.5 with 2 points and then she kept flip flopping on how many points they charge. Anyone else go through them for your Investment properties? Any other bank lender recommendations?

@Christina Hall, Rocket Mortgage is the Mortgage dump of America. No offense to anyone that works there, but anyone can work there. If you have good credit, income and a 75-80% LTV, you should be able to get a rate in the low 3s with no points, with the right lender.

In which state are you looking to purchase? I hope this helps!
