Denver Colorado No Title Seasoning for HELOC ?

Hi All. Tried to get a Heloc through Vectra. We declined because of a duplex purchase in June. They are requesting 3month paid mortgage and rent received.

I’m looking for recommendations on HELOCs without seasoning requirements.

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!
