Have you used Do Hard Money?

Has anyone successfully used Do Hard Money? My client wants to use them and I spoke with one of their reps too. They seem legit but 100% financing with no skin in the game sounds too good to be true. Any help or advice is appreciated!

It's not a scam but it's not a great system either. They are good at talking and they do fund loans but they're quite difficult to work with. I signed up as an Accredited investor just to see their process and they don't make it easy to want to invest ones money with them to lend. I'd invest with Lee Arnold and Secured Investment Corp. or Groundfloor anyday!!!
